SHE LOVES ME Actors Co-op Theatre Company Adds Shows 12/8 & 12/15  Image

Due to sold out houses, Actors Co-op Theatre Company has added two additional performances, Saturday-December 8 at 2:30 pm and Saturday-December 15 at 2:30 pm. The Tony Award-Winning Musical She Loves Me, with book by Joe Masteroff, music by Jerry Bock, and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, based on the 1937 play Perfumerie by Miklos Laszlo directed and choreographed by Cate Caplin, Musical Direction by Anthony Lucca, produced by Crystal Jackson, tells the beloved story of two feuding shop clerks who are unaware that they are the recipients of each other's love letters. The play Parfumerie that has inspired such films as "Shop Around the Corner" and "You've Got Mail." The musical runs now through December 16 at Actors Co-op David Schall Theatre in Hollywood, CA.

The cast features the talents of Claire Adams, Darren Bluestone, Beau Brians, Avrielle Corti, Carolyn Carothers, Cy Creamer, Phil Crowley, Tyler Joseph Ellis, Rachel Geis, Tim Hodgin, Carly Lopez, Greg Martin, and Kevin Shewey.

The Production and Design Team includes Stephen Gifford (Scenic Design), Michael Mullen (Costume Design), Luke Moyer (Lighting Design), Adam R. Macias (Sound Design), Klint Flowers (Hair & Make-up Design), Lori Berg (Property Design), and Derek R. Copenhaver (Stage Manager).

Recent Awards and Nominations for Actors Co-op Theatre Company

Actors Co-op recently received Seven Ovation nominations including Best Season for 2017-2018 and Best Production of a musical-intimate theater (Violet). The company takes pride in their Four 2017 Ovation Awards for their Critics Pick production of 33 Variations: Best Production of a Play, Intimate Theatre, Best Lighting, Intimate Theatre - Andrew Schmedake, Best Scenic Design, Intimate Theatre - Nicholas Acciani, and Best Direction of a Play - Thomas James O'Leary; Two Robby Awards for 33 Variations, the Nan Martin Award Best Production and the Sally Kemp Award Best Actress Drama - Nan McNamara. In addition, the Actors Co-op Theatre Company garnered Five 2017 Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle nominations for 33 Variations.

About Show Times and Tickets: Now through December 16. Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm, Sundays at 2:30 pm. Saturday Matinees added: December 8 and December 15 at 2:30 pm. Adults: $39.
