Ron Livingston, Rosemary DeWitt, Robert Pine and more have joined original Steppenwolf and Broadway cast members in the company of L.A. Theatre Works' recording of Tracy Letts' Pulitzer Prize-winning play AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY for public radio and digital download. The show runs today, July 10-13 at UCLA's James Bridges Theater.
Original Steppenwolf and Broadway cast members Deanna Dunagan (Tony Award, Best Leading Actress), Rondi Reed (Tony Award, Best Featured Actress), Kimberly Guerrero, Francis Guinan and Mariann Mayberry reunite to record Letts' dark, Pulitzer Prize winning comic epic.
The Weston family gathers during a brutal summer heat wave to provide comfort to their bitter, substance-abusing matriarch and find their missing father. It's an unforgettable theatrical journey that offers a painfully funny look at a family struggling in the desolate heart of America.
