ROCKWELL Table and Stage, L.A.'s premier spot for extraordinary entertainment and dining is thrilled to announce the world premiere of ROAR, choreographed by Ambrose Respicio III, musical direction by Brian Kennedy and conceived/directed by VP Boyle, ROAR is an immersive theatrical event that will preview on Friday, September 5 & Saturday, September 6 at 8:00pm. Show will open on Friday, September 12 at 8:00pm. ROCKWELL Table and Stage is located at 1714 N. Vermont in Los Feliz.

A sexy, edgy and kinetic cast delivers gut-wrenching vocals with a dazzling display of songs from superstars Katy Perry, Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift, P!nk, Shakira, Rihanna, Lorde, Sia, Lady Gaga, Sara Bareilles and many more. Featuring their most popular songs such as "I Knew You Were Trouble," "Unconditionally," "Wrecking Ball." "Just Give Me A Reason," "Beautiful Liar," "Royals," "Chandelier," "Diamonds," "Brave" and "Roar. Three young women discover what it means to be truly human when they must battle for survival in their messy, private world as it crumbles. Lover. Husband. Partner. Friend. No one is left untouched as these women face the strangers they thought they knew when their ideas about love, relationships and health are suddenly turned upside down.

The Cast of ROAR includes: Sebastian La Cause (The Rocky Horror Show, Chicago, "Orange is the New Black," "Hustling"), Matt Magnusson ("American Girl," "Blood Relatives"), Briana Cuoco ("The Voice," "Big Bang Theory"), Nicci Claspell (American Idiot) , Emily Morris ("I Kissed A Vampire," "Girl Group"), Joe Donohoe (Rent, Lovelace), Kyra Selman ("Tits Fisher with Kitten's Kiss"), Bianca Gisselle ("The Cave," "Sirius Black and the Secret Keeper") and Lexie Galante ("Airplane vs. Volcano," "Red Bull's Exit Vine").

ROAR features original musical arrangements by Anna Ebbesen, Mark Fifer, Joe O'Keefe, Brian Kennedy, Sharon Kenny, Jonah Platt, Rob Rokiki and Daniel Sanchez. Associate Direction by Lisa Mandel. Lighting Design by Michelle Stann. Costume Consultant is Rachel Stivers. Stage Management by Robert Mosher. Company Management by Ryann Ferguson. ROAR is produced by Kate Pazakis.

VP BOYLE (Conceiver/Director) serves as Chief Operating Officer of Relativity Education and oversees the development, operations and curriculum of collaborative-based intensives and degree programs in business, film, media and performing arts for Relativity School. Boyle is an accomplished and well-sought after Broadway audition coach with over 20 years of experience on and off the stage. Boyle's televised appearances include Italy's top-rated talent show Io Canto and the Brazilian television series Broadway Dreams. Boyle's book, Audition Freedom: The Irreverent Wellness Guide for Theatre People, can be found at Barnes & Noble (as long as Barnes & Noble still exists) as well as on the shelves of the famous Drama Book Shop, and is purchasable online through Amazon. Boyle has also contributed his expertise as a frequent guest contributor for Broadway World, as well as being featured as the Broadway expert in Southern Theatre Magazine. As a director, Boyle's work has been wildly applauded including the sold-out Studio 54 show An Evening with Frank Wildhorn and Friends, which featured Linda Eder, Douglas Sills and Frank Wildhorn among others. Boyle also directed the critically acclaimed presentation of The Normal Heart at Lincoln Center. Boyle co-wrote and directed the original Academy-award qualifying short film It Is What It Is as well as directing the award-winning short film Lifeless #Being Kinda Dead Sorta Sucks.

AMBROSIO RESPICIO III (Choreography) Ambrose Respicio III, originally from Guam, is an internationally known choreographer, dancer, and mentor. In addition to having his work featured worldwide, he is also a trusted confidant to many choreographers and up and coming prodigies throughout the entertainment industry. He serves as a private coach, mentor, and stylist to Camren Bicondova from America's Best Dance Crew's 8Flavahz, star of Battlefield America and Fox's upcoming show Gotham. Ambrose has taught at many first class studios and academies throughout the World including: EDGE Performing Arts Center, Debbie Allen Dance Academy, Academy of Performing Arts San Diego, Sole Dancing Shanghai, and LIV'art Studio to name a few. As a performer, Ambrose has graced the stage and screen along side many greats such as Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, Naya Rivera, Florence Henderson, Kym Johnson, Allie Willis, Michael Chiklis, and Tom Hanks. Ambrose is also a 11 year member of Unity Dance Ensemble under the direction of the brilliant Tessandra Chavez who he has also assisted on numerous projects including "Best Thing I Never Had" starring Cyrus and Tiffany on So You Think You Can Dance: Season 9, he was also a part of her skeleton crew for the SYTYCD Season 5 Tour Opening number, and traveled overseas to choreograph for China's Version of Dancing with the Stars ("Strictly Come Dancing season 3"). Ambrose has had his hand in countless other projects including Unity Dance Ensemble and the Edge Performing Arts Scholarship Show. In 2012, Ambrose choreographed Reebok's Executive Fashion Show and received a standing ovation for the first time in the 30-year history of Reebok's fashion shows. Ambrose worked as the Assistant Supervising Choreographer for Season 2 of YouTube's Dance Showdown and then returned to season 3 as the Supervising Choreographer. You can currently see Ambrose starring as the role of Mr. Las Vegas in a national commercial for the City of Las Vegas.

ROAR will preview on Friday, September 5 & Saturday, September 6 at 8:00pm and will open on Friday, September 12 at 8:00pm and continue through Saturday September 27 at ROCKWELL TABLE AND STAGE, 1714 N. Vermont Blvd. in Los Feliz.
