Relativity School to Host LAUNCHING ON YOUTUBE Panel Today; Set for Livestream

Relativity School of Film, Media and Performing Arts will host the panel discussion "Launching on YouTube" on Wednesday, July 17th from 2-5pm PST at LA Center Studios, 450 South Bixel St, LA, CA 90017. The panel will include YouTube and online video experts Joe Nation, Jason Horton, Lauren Schnipper, Chris Thompson, StEve Greene and Randall Cox. Topics covered in the panel will include building a subscriber base, navigating copyright issues, and making money off a YouTube channel. The panel is free and open to all, and will also be streamed live at https://new.livestream.com/RelativitySchool/YouTubePanel.

Panel experts include Lauren Schnipper who is best known as Shane Dawson's producer. Lauren and Shane's "Shane and Friends" podcast is #1 on iTunes. Panelist Chris Thompson has over 36 million views for his musical videos on YouTube. Joe Nation's Justin Bieber Parody of "Baby" has over a million views and counting. The panel will also include Randall Cox, President of Relativity Media's digital studio, RogueLife. Cox is responsible for producing original content for the web and developing innovative social-media marketing campaigns.
