Point Blank Electronic Music School to Host June Open House

Point Blank Electronic Music School, the award-winning music production and DJ school founded in 1994 - based in London, Los Angeles, Ibiza, and online - announces its second public event of 2017 at its Los Angeles school: Point Blank Presents: PBLA June Open House on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Once every term, Point Blank Los Angeles (PBLA) opens its doors to the public for an evening of special guests, live performances, workshops, panels, Q&A's, prize giveaways, and a tour of the school's state of the art facilities, which are housed inside the 101-year-old Mack Sennett Studios on the border of Los Feliz and Silver Lake. The June 15th Open House will feature a special production workshop by PBLA instructor Sweatson Klank.

The open house will begin at 7:00pm with refreshments provided upon arrival. At 7:30pm, the event will open with Sweatson Klank's special production workshop, before an opportunity to meet PBLA's team of expert instructors, which includes Joe "Computo" Caputo, Viktor Carrillo, David Harrow, Brian Markman, Morse Code, Sameer Sengupta, and of course, Sweatson Klank. At around 8:30pm, the evening will wind down with some student performances, networking and an exclusive prize giveaway. PBLA will also hold a tour of the facilities, giving prospective students the opportunity to look around and ask any questions they may have before potentially signing up for the upcoming term commencing on the 1st of July 2017. Thomas Wilson (a.k.a. Sweatson Klank currently works as an instructor at Point Blank Electronic Music School's Los Angeles branch, where he teaches music production to young aspiring producers. He also has an array of record releases planned for 2017.
