OUT THERE ON FRIED MEAT RIDGE ROAD – Mitchell, a man down on his luck, wanders out on a dark country road to answer an ad for a roommate. He meets JD, an affable hillbilly of mysterious origins. When Marlene and her boyfriend, Tommy, interject themselves, Mitchell finds himself in a hopeless and hilarious situation. A new comedy written by Keith Stevenson and directed by Guillermo Cienfuegos.

KEITH STEVENSON (Playwright) hails from Keyser, West Virgina. His previous works include the plays In the A.M. of Dec. 26th , (On the Corner of Cunningham and Kongosak in Barrow) and the screenplays for the films "Longacoing," "All That Glitters" and "The Magic Palace presents the Amazing Joshua 'Prestoiro.' Shapiro." He has been a member of PRT since 1998.

GUILLERMO CIENFUEGOS (Director) has directed three other World Premieres for Pacific Resident Theatre, most recently the currently running Concealing Judy Holliday, by Wendy Johnson. His production of Vince Melocchi's Julia (for which he was nominated for an LA Weekly Theatre Award for Best Director) transferred after a successful run at PRT to New York's 59E59 Theatre Off -Broadway. His previous collaboration with Vince Melocchi at PRT, Lions, was nominated for an Ovation Award and published by Samuel French.
