An 11:11 Experience's production of ELEVATOR, written and directed by award-winning filmmaker and playwright Michael Leoni has been playing to sold-out crowds with lines wrapping around The Coast Playhouse nightly. Want to see what all the excitement is about? Check out the newest press photos (now available for download at http://bit.ly/ELEVATOR_PressPhotos), meet the cast and enjoy the ride!

ELEVATOR just extended through June-but don't wait. His comedic and emotional ride exploring what happens when seven strangers get stuck in an elevator doesn't have an empty seat in the house.

"We are thrilled with the amazing response we're getting from LA audiences once again! ELEVATOR was clearly meant to live at The Coast Playhouse," said Michelle Kaufer, Producer

The previously announced original cast features Devon Werkheiser (Nickelodeon's "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide") as the Musician, William Stanford Davis (Showtime's "Ray Donovan") as the Maintenance Man, Deborah Vancelette (FX's "Terriers") as the CEO Woman, David Abed (Blue Man Group) as the Business Man, Karsen Rigby as the Hot Girl, Erica Katzin as the Temp and Kristina St. Peter as the Goth Girl. ELEVATOR also welcomes new rotating cast members: Zack Carter (Rob Reiner's LBJ, ABC's "General Hospital" and "Grey Anatomy's," Showtime's "The L-Word") as the Business Man; Vivi Thai (Borderland, Door to the Other Side) as the Goth Girl; David Schocke as the Musician, and Amil Johnson as the Maintenance Man.

About ELEVATOR:

When seven strangers get stuck in an elevator, it's only a matter of time before the truth comes out. When forced together, given nothing but four walls and each other, these archetypes prove to be anything but 'typical.' Their preconceived notions, stereotypes and judgments are challenged at every turn, as one by one, they shed their masks and reveal their truths. Laced with musical sequences and cinematic style, ELEVATOR is a comedic and emotional ride into the human psyche and asks the fundamental question: who are you behind closed doors?

Written and directed by Michael Leoni, ELEVATOR is based on the original short film Someplace In Between (an Official Selection of the 2009 LA Shorts Film Festival). The play originally premiered at the Hudson theaters during the first annual Hollywood Fringe Festival. After a wildly successful run, the smash hit expanded to the Hudson Mainstage Theatre and then the Macha Theater, receiving 11 nominations including "Best New Work" from Broadway World as well as "Critic's Choice" and "Best Bet" from the Los Angeles Times.

Single, general admission, tickets are now available for $40, and $50 for reserved seating. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit plays411.com/elevator or call (323) 960-7787. Ticket prices subject to change. No late seating will be accommodated.
