Executive Director Jonathan Josephson, Producing Artistic Director Jeff G. Rack and Artistic Director Paul Millet have announced the cast for tonight's April 12th (6pm-12am) fundraiser, A Night at the Mausoleum II. The evening is headlined by a staged reading of Kick the Can, one of legendary TV-writer George Clayton Johnson's episode of The Twilight Zone. Johnson also wrote Nothing in the Dark and A Penny For Your Thoughts for the iconic sci-fi television show.

The cast of Kick the Can will include Michael Forest (The Twilight Zone: Black Leather Jackets; The god Apollo in Star Trek: Who Mourns For Adonis), Jacqueline Scott (The Twilight Zone: The Parallel; The Outer Limits: The Galaxy Being; The Fugitive (series), Steven Spielberg's Duel), Mary Gregory (The Twilight Zone: The Monsters are Due on Maple Street, The Shelter, Woody Allen's The Lateness of the Hour Sleeper), Lee Meriwether (1955 Miss America, Catwoman in Batman: the Movie), Star Trek: That Which Survives, The Time Tunnel, Barnaby Jones) and Brian David Pope (The Twilight Zone - Live On Stage: Five Characters In Search of an Exit and The Lonely; Unbound Productions' Wicked Lit 2009-2011, 2013 & History Lit)).

Founded in 2008, Unbound Productions reimagines timeless stories for new audiences by creating immersive, theatrical adaptations of literature. Their flagship project Wicked Lit features short adaptations of classic horror stories that are produced in site-specific venues. From 2010-2013, Wicked Lit has played to sold out audiences at Mountain View Mausoleum and Cemetery, the site of A Night at the Mausoleum II. Wicked Lit productions have also been staged at Greystone Mansion in Beverly Hills, The Millennium-Biltmore Hotel and the LA Mart. Unbound Productions has received grants from the Los Angeles County Arts Commission and the City of Pasadena as well as two commissions from the City of West Hollywood.

In addition to Kick the Can, general admission to A Night at the Mausoleum II includes a screening of a film version of Jeff Rack's stage adaptation of F. Marion Crawford's The Dead Smile (originally produced as a part of Wicked Lit in 2012), and staged readings of Wicked Lit plays The Legend(s) of Sleepy Hollow by Jonathan Josephson (adapted from Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleep Hollow) and a new version of Paul Millet's adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's The Fall of the House of Usher (originally produced as a part of Wicked Lit in 2009). Patrons can also participate in a poker tournament whose grand prize is a weekend stay in Las Vegas, complete with show tickets. The event also feature silent and live auctions as a part of the festivities.

General admission to the event is $25, entry into the poker tournament is $45 and limited to 49 players. All proceeds go to support Unbound Productions, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Tickets are available at www.UnboundProductions.org.
