The Talent Managers Association (TMA) is proud to announce this year's Lifetime Achievement honor in Management will be given to Chuck Binder, who founded Binder & Associates in 1978. The TMA recently announced the agent and casting director nominees for the 14th Annual Heller Awards, along with two other Lifetime Achievement honorees: legendary agent Jack Gilardi (ICM Partners) and casting director Craig Fincannon (Fincannon and Associates).

Chuck Binder's Binder & Associates has stayed firmly implanted in Hollywood for the last 35 years. He hit the ball out of the park with his first client, Jamie Lee Curtis, and with his knack for discovering new talent and his ability to re-imagine and co-create careers of successful acting talent, he has continued his winning streak. In the 1980's Binder signed future stars such as Daryl Hannah, Sharon Stone, Connie Sellecca, and Brooke Shields. He is proud to maintain long term relationships throughout the careers of many of his clientS. Binder has represented Bruce Greenwood since 1984, and Sharon Stone since 1987. Binder & Associates has managed such notables as Jon Lovitz, Robert Wagner, Stacy Keach, Faye Dunaway, Jaqueline Bisset, and Steve Guttenberg, among others.

In the 1990's, Binder produced numerous studio features such as "The Quick and the Dead" at Tristar Pictures, "The Specialist" and "Diabolique;" both for Warner Bros., "Gloria" at Columbia Pictures, and "The Last Dance" at Disney/Touchstone, to name a few. His television credits include: "Attack of the 50 Foot Woman" at HBO, "Can't Hurry Love," and "Family Law;" both at CBS.

The organization will host this year's event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
