Pretty in the USA is a comedy sketch expose on beautiful people. We know your game. You think you can do whatever you want because you're beautiful. We can't afford plastic surgery to look like you, but we can do the next best thing: satire. Pretty in the USA, Written and directed by Susanna Leonard, is a sketch show with the message: Average people have had enough; we're not going to take it anymore. The show premiers this June at the Hollywood Fringe Festival - Asylum @ McCadden Place Theater 1157 N. McCadden Place, Los Angeles, 90038.
This show, written and directed by Susanna Leonard, focuses on the inequality of expectations on members of society, specifically those who are better looking who are held to a lower standard of behavior.
Susanna Leonard is a writer, director, improviser and actress.
