MB Stage Productions announces a very special ONE TIME reading of the original script of THE VIDEO GAMES as written by: David Evan Stolworthy. The original concept script for the show was a fully scripted non-interactive version. It is the origin of the show that played Off-Broadway, won awards at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, played at the New York International Fringe Festival and comic conventions nationwide.
Co-Creators Jared Tyrel Pixler and David Evan Stolworthy along with Assistant Producer Katie Lynn Mapel will perform a reading of the script on April, 3rd 2018 at the Complex in the Dorie Theatre. The performance will start at 8:30pm and is limited to sixty (60) tickets. Proceeds of the performance will go towards their new project THE STUDY, a new interactive theatre piece created by Pixler and Stolworthy based off of characters from their plays, Let Me Out and Roommates, respectively.
Tickets can be purchased at thevideogamesplay.com for $15, include a talkback after the reading and reception. Each attendee will receive a gift a be able to participate in the silent auction and raffle that will be held for exclusive props, costumes and other pieces from THE VIDEO GAMES.
