The award-winning Musical Theatre Guild, a company of professional performers who present concert-staged readings of seldom seen musicals, will continue its 15th season with Michael John LaChuisa's HELLO AGAIN. The performance will take place on Monday, November 8, 2010 at 7:30 PM at the historic Alex Theatre in Glendale.

Inspired by Arthur Schnitzer's LA RONDE and using its famous circular structure, HELLO AGAIN is a series of ten love affairs and romantic encounters among ten characters during ten decades of the 20th century. Given the wide range of characters (from streetwalker to nurse, soldier to senator) and the extended time period, LaChiusa uses a variety of musical styles to deliver some of the most soul-searching moments in contemporary musical theatre. HELLO AGAIN received numerous 1994 Off-Broadway "Best Musical" nominations.

The musical will feature MTG company members Melissa Fahn, Cynthia Ferrer, Michael G. Hawkins, Kim Huber, Gordon Goodman and Lowe Taylor with guest artists Will Collyer, Rod Keller, Jake Wesley Stewart and Kevin Symons. HELLO AGAIN will be directed by Michele Spears with musical direction by Matthew Smedal and Joe Hart serving as Production Coordinator for MTG.

The Alex Theatre is located at 216 North Brand Blvd in Glendale. Tickets are available at the Alex Theatre box office, online at www.alextheatre.org or by calling 818-243- ALEX.

The Musical Theatre Guild's 15th Anniversary 2010-2011 season continues with ONE TOUCH OF VENUS , LITTLE ME and BAT BOY: THE MUSICAL.
