LOFT ensemble, based out of the Little Tokyo Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles, brings its hit show from the 2011 season to FringeNYC, written and directed by LOFT co-founder Larissa Wise.
Darkly beautiful and comic exploration, LoveSick takes the audience on a Wonderland-like journey into the poetic sickness of love. It’s the story of two lovers caught in a mutual dream and the companions that visit them.LoveSick is produced by LOFT ensemble Artistic Director Adam Chambers and Managing Director Kevin Meoak, as well as Danny Jordan. The show stars Adam Chambers and Larissa Wise and features Noah Benjamin, Jessica Botello, Sean Durrie, Marissa Galloway, Christina Joy Howard, Jason Ryan Lovett, Matt McCroskey, and Vanessa Vaughn.Tickets are $15, with performances now through tomorrow night, August 25th at the Connelly Theater in the East Village (220 East 4th St.)
