When Yvonne's husband, Victor, seems to lose interest in the carnal aspects of their relationship, her friend suggests that Victor might be finding satisfaction elsewhere. To test Victor's fidelity, Yvonne's friend convinces her to send a letter from an imaginary admirer suggesting a hotel assignation. When the letter falls into the wrong hands, it touches off a dizzying string of madcap mix-ups.
Directing is Playhouse favorite, James Rice who directed last year's critical and box office success, Sherlock Holmes. Playhouse artistic director Andrew Vonderchmitt says about the show, "Who doesn't like good old fashioned mistaken identity, sex farce and hijinks?" .
