Los Angeles Philharmonic Music Director Gustavo Dudamel will be featured on 60 Minutes this Sunday, May 9 at 7:00 p.m. This will mark the third time Dudamel has been featured on the Emmy award-winning news program.
60 Minutes, the most successful broadcast in television history, began its 42nd season on Sept. 27, 2009. Offering hard-hitting investigative reports, interviews, feature segments and profiles of people in the news, the program has won more Emmy awards than any other primetime broadcast, including a special Lifetime Achievement Emmy, and virtually every other broadcast journalism award including back-to-back Peabody awards for excellence in television broadcasting in 2008 and 2009. 60 Minutes airs at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
