The 35th Kritzerland show is the third of our British-themed tributes - the British musicals of the 1960s and early 1970s, a wonderful time when several UK imports found huge success on Broadway and the road. Oliver, Stop the World - I Want to Get Off, Half a Sixpence, and others - not only the shows that came over the pond, but shows that didn't but were hits in England - shows that had delightful scores, including Passion Flower Hotel, Charlie Girl, Billy, Good Companions, Pickwick, The Card, Lock Up You Daughters, and Jesus Christ, Superstar, featuring songs by such amazing people as Lionel Bart, John Barry, Andre Previn, Johnny Mercer, David Heneker, Laurie Johnson, and Tony Hatch and Jackie Trent (they wrote all of Petula Clark's big hits), and the young Andrew Lloyd Webber.
