Klepto. Theatre Workshop with The Playwright's Lab at Hollins University present Klepto-MANIA: A Night of Time-Travel, Bullfighting, and Love, August 30-September 22, 2013.

Featuring the West Coast Premieres of:

THE ARCTIC CIRCLE *and a Recipe for Swedish Pancakes: A new Brechtian comedy about Elin: A woman in a troubled marriage who travels through time, space, and Sweden to reexamine her past relationships for solutions to her newly found troubles. Unable to get the clear answers she needs, she must look inside herself to find what she is searching for. Written by acclaimed, award-winning playwright, Samantha Macher, and directed by McKerrin Kelly. Starring Katie Apicella, Adam Tomei, Jude Evans, Amy Scribner, Claire Awad and featuring the work of Jose Cisneros.

AND...

THE MATADOR: A love triangle played out in the bull ring: Many say that Senor Matador is the greatest bullfighter of all time. In a troubled world, he alone is the cause for hope, but in El Toro del Rey, he may have finally met the bull that will be his undoing. Their rivalry is the stuff of legends. It will end in death, it will end in booze, it will end in catchy pop songs. Written by Robert Plowman and Directed by Todd Ristau. Music by Jonathan Price, and Choreography by SusAnna Young. Starring Mark Ostrander, Emma Sperka, Kerry Kaz and Kareem Cervantes.
