Golden Globe winner Stacy Keach (The Bourne Legacy), Grace Gummer (HBO's The Newsroom), and Josh Radnor (How I Met Your Mother) head the cast when L.A. Theatre Works records Pulitzer Prize winner David Mamet's powerful adaptation of Chekhov's masterpiece.
On the crumbling estate of a retired professor and his beautiful young wife, a tangled web of desire emerges to consume various friends and family members who have sought refuge there. Also in the cast are Caroline Aaron, Jennifer Bassey, JD Cullum, Holly Fain, Martin Jarvis, and Devon Sorvari. Rosalind Ayres directs. All performances will be recorded live in front of an audience (without sets or costumes) to air on L.A.
