Regional winners from Washington, D.C./Maryland, Florida, and California will travel to Los Angeles to compete for this title. The competition will be held in conjunction with the JACCC Food & Sake Festival featuring cuisine from local restaurants, caterers and food purveyors as well as a selection of premium sakes.
