Once More Unto The Breech! Henry V opens tomorrow, July 10, in Barnsdall Park.

Independent Shakespeare Co. in association with The Department of Cultural Affairs, City of Los Angeles presents The Tempest & Henry V from June 26 to August 30, Friday-Sunday at 7:30 pm with special events throughout the summer.

Admission is free, donations gratefully received. Reservations are free to make.

After a successful two weeks of The Tempest (performing for nearly 2,000 patrons and counting) Henry V joins the summer rep of free performances.

In this high-octane portrait of England's favorite king, 15 actors play 40 characters, span countries and years, and decimate a foreign power. A play about theater masquerading as a play about war, it's full of thrilling speeches, big characters, and unruly humor.

ISC first played this production in Los Angeles in 2002 to critical acclaim.

To make reservations, visit our box office page or call (818) 710-6306.

At Barnsdall Park on 4800 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood, CA 90027.
