Hollywood Fringe Encore! Producers' Awards Announced

The Encore! Producers' Awards returns for the seventh year with extended runs of the best of the Hollywood Fringe Festival, running July 8 through August 20, 2016 at ten Hollywood venues. Produced by Combined Artform, this year's extensions feature an exciting selection of exceptional ensemble and solo work at Actors Company, Asylum @ Studio C, Asylum @ McCadden Place Theatre, Asylum @ 6470, Lounge Theatre, Los Angeles LGBT Center, The MET Theatre, SacRed Fools Theatre, The Complex and Three Clubs. With multiple shows per venue each weekend and the special deals and gatherings at Three Clubs bar, the action-packed atmosphere of the Hollywood Fringe Festival vibe will continue through August.

The Winners of the Encore! Producers' Awards were selected by Fringe Producing Artistic Director Matthew Quinn and an awards selection committee of venue representatives. Winners were selected based on artistic merit and commercial potential. Production extensions aid to further develop the selected works as well as explore additional opportunities for longer runs. Past winners of The Encore! Producers' Awards have gone on to tour nationally and enjoy extended commercial runs in the Los Angeles area.
