HARD TRAVELIN' WITH WOODY began its international tour soon after it became a critical and box office hit at its premiere at FringeNYC. Randy Noojin channels folk singer, activist Woody Guthrie, as he plays for a union meeting of striking mine workers. The show is packed with Woody's wit and humor, over a dozen of his greatest songs, and projections of his astonishing and rarely seen artworks.

The show is conceived, designed and performed by writer/performer Randy Noojin, whose plays have been commissioned and produced at Actor's Theatre of Louisville, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre, the 45th Street Theatre, Bloomington Playwrights Project, and Circle Rep Lab. The film version of Noojin's play Unbeatable Harold premiered on Showtime starring Dylan McDermott, Phyllis Diller, Charles Durning, and Gladys Knight. He has acted widely in New York and regionally with Circle Repertory, La Mama, E.T.C., Circle-in-the-Square, Actors Theatre of Phoenix, Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre and Mill Mountain Playhouse. His film and television work includes The Bench and Boardwalk Empire.
