The World premiere of "Game Over" by Josh Levine.

Directed by Corby Sullivan.

For Marcus, Jimmy, and Carla, the game in Iraq is over. Minefields and M-16's have been replaced with Applebees and video games. But, for three friends, the road back to "normal" is just as explosive and unpredictable as the war itself. Their new mission has just begun...

This timely, touching world premiere by Josh Levine was developed with guidance from famed playwright Lee Blessing.

They are dedicated to provoking unique thoughts and creativity within our communities, while cultivating and nurturing a deeper understanding of the human condition.

In March of 2008, an east coast chapter of From The Ground Up was founded in New York City, establishing itself as one of the only theatre companies that can be considered bicoastal. In April of 2009, From The Ground Up was given a permanent West Coast home at the beautiful Lyric Hyperion Theatre & Café in Silverlake, CA where they are still in residence today.

"Game Over" is also currently being developed as an independent film project and is proud to address socially relevant issues such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as it relates to soldiers having served in the military. In addition, the project also proudly addresses issues of sexual orientation as they continue to pertain to our young adults of today.
