Andrew Carlberg worked with Executive Producer Laurie Zaks on the hit ABC series Castle (starring Nathan Fillion) for its first four seasons, under an ABC development deal. He recently completed principal photography on his first feature film, Some Girls (based on the Neil LaBute play, and starring Adam Brody, Kristen Bell, Zoe Kazan, Mia Maestro, Jennifer Morrison and Emily Watson), and was Executive Producer for the critically acclaimed intimate theater premiere of The Color Purple: The Musical at Celebration Theatre (LA TIMES-Critics Choice, BACKSTAGE- Critic's Pick, and LA Weekly – Pick of the Week/GO!). Andrew produced the shorts Double For Nothing, and After-School Special (written by Neil LaBute). Andrew founded The 4th Wall: Geffen Playhouse Arts Alliance, a theater initiative in partnership with the world-renown theater and The Piece Project, a celebrity-based theater ensemble and reading series. On stage at the Geffen, Andrew produced the Los Angeles premiere of 110 STORIES (starring Katharine McPhee, John Hawkes, Ed Asner, Sharon Lawrence, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, and others). He produced the Los Angeles premiere of Neil LaBute's The Mercy Seat at [Inside] the Ford alongside VS. Theatre Company and the World Premiere of David Dean Bottrell Makes Love at Rogue Machine and the Comedy Central Stage.
Jennifer Pollono is a founding member of Rogue Machine Theatre and an original producer of the late-night Off the Clock series, which launched the world premiere of the multi-award winning production Small Engine Repair. She Produced the GLAAD nominated West Coast Premiere of Adam Rapp's Bingo With The Indians, and Joshua Conkel's MilkMilkLemonade last season. Shorts & Sweets is a notable producing credit for Jennifer and most recently she lent her producing skills to the critically acclaimed House by Daniel MacIvor at RMT.
John Perrin Flynn launched this years productions of The New Electric Ballroom (director) by Enda Walsh, and Where The Great Ones Run by Mark Roberts (both-LA Times CRITIC'S CHOICE), last season's WORLD PREMIERE production of John Pollono's hit play Small Engine Repair (BEST PRODUCTION-Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle, LA Weekly, Ovation, and Garland Awards) and the Los Angeles premiere of David Harrower's Blackbird, recipient of numerous awards. He is Rogue Machine's founding Artistic Director, garnering the LA Weekly Career Achievement Award in 2012. John was the Executive Producer and director of Lifetime's long running award winning series Strong Medicine, has produced two other series and 14 television movies or miniseries including the Emmy nominated Burden of Proof.

ROGUE MACHINE has garnered recognition for their work in upwards of 45 awards and nominations, including the Polly Warfield Award for Excellent Season in Small to Mid-Size Theater, funded by the Nederlander Organization, and the BEST PRODUCTION Award (two consecutive years) from the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle, Ovation, and Garland. Last year Rogue Machine worked extensively with multi-award winner Steven Sater (SPRING AWAKENING) in developing his play NEW YORK ANIMALS.
