Hollywood's legendary El Capitan Theatre presents a special engagement of Disney's "Frozen" Sing-along version Aug. 20 - Sept. 16, 2015. Each screening will be accompanied by Elsa, live on stage, snow inside the theatre, and after the movie, Olaf live on stage and a screening of Disney's "Frozen Fever." "Frozen Fever" will be featured in an extraordinary new in-home collection of award-winning and beloved shorts by Walt Disney Animation Studios releasing in August.
There will also be a special opening-night presentation on Thursday, August 20 at 7 p.m., complete with raffle prizes.
"The El Capitan Theatre is the place to be to beat the heat and sing-along to the music of Disney's 'Frozen,'" said James Wood, operations and stage production for The El Capitan Theatre. "Only at The El Capitan Theatre may 'Frozen' fans of all ages celebrate winter during the warmest days of summer."
The El Capitan Theatre will also offer a special "Frozen" Hot Cocoa VIP Ticket for $27 throughout the engagement, which includes reserved seat, VIP popcorn and drink, plus Ghirardelli Frozen Hot Cocoa.
Showtimes are at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now, and available at the El Capitan Theatre (6838 Hollywood Blvd.), online at
www.elcapitantickets.com, or by calling 1-800-DISNEY6. Special group rates for parties of 20 or more are available by calling

On select dates, El Capitan guests may also enjoy breakfast with Elsa and receive a commemorative photo before the 10 a.m. movie. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
The El Capitan Theatre will also host a very special Tiny Tot Tuesday every Tuesday during the run of "Frozen" at 10 a.m. During these special screenings, parents and small children may enjoy the movie in a tot-friendly way-with lights dimmed rather than out and reduced sound levels. Following every Tiny Tot Tuesday screening, Olaf will return to the stage for pictures and "Warm Hugs With Olaf."
