Conejo Players Theatre Workshops has announced that registration for their musical theater workshops is now open.

Their upcoming workshop is called "Musical Theater Performance for Teens and Adults" and will take place Tuesdays from March 16 through April 6 from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. Dick DeBenedictis will instruct the course which is for people ages 16 and up.

Class will cover the dramatic perspective of performing a song, what kinds of dramatic choices the student can make and using the lyric like a script.

"Character Development for Adults" will also run on Wednesdays from March 17 through April 7 from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. Phil Wieck will instruct the class for students ages 16 and up.

Students should have some theatrical experience. Students should come with an idea of one character they would like to develop. (It does not have to be a dramatic character).

The next courses that will be offered are "Lighting Design" and "Stage Management." "Lighting Design" will be offered on Wednesdays from May 12 through May 19 at 5:30 PM by Jack Allway for students 13 and up. "Stage Management" will take place on Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23 at 5:30 PM and be taught by Jim Diderrich for students 16 and up.

Registration opens 30 days prior to the workshop.
