Caryn Richman to Star in LOOPHOLES: A PAIN IN THE I.R.S at The Hudson MainStage Theatre

Announcing Broadway & Television favorite Caryn Richman, to perform in "LOOPHOLES: A PAIN IN THE I.R.S" - The world premiere musical parody, based on a true story by Stan Rich, will open April 15th, at The Hudson MainStage Theatre.

CARYN RICHMAN - A multifaceted performer, Caryn Richman began her career in her native New York starring on Broadway as "Sandy" in the hit musical Grease. Shortly after taking the show on National tour, MCA Records signed her to a recording contract with the group Tuxedo Junction, famous for their top ten hit "Chattanooga Choo-Choo."

In primetime, she landed the title role of Gidget in the TV movie Gidget's Summer Reunion and went on to star as the iconic character in the series The New Gidget. Caryn also played Greg Brady's wife in the TV movie A Very Brady Christmas and in the subsequent series The Brady's. She has guest starred on many popular shows including Party Of Five, Matlock,

Jake And The Fatman and Mike Hammer. As a series regular in daytime, Caryn starred in Another World, Texas and The Young And The Restless.

Recent TV appearances include playing Ray Ramano's wife on Maron on IFC and "Blake's Mom" on Nickelodeon's Bucket and Skinner's Epic Adventures. Not content to pursue just one line of entertainment, Caryn has gone on to distinguish herself in independent films, commercials, voice-overs and live on air hosting. She recently had the opportunity to join radio and television personality Larry Elder for an extended run in co-hosting The Morning Show on MSNBC.

Since theatre has always been Caryn's first love, she was thrilled when asked to reprise the role of "Sandy" with Jack Wagner and Rex Smith. Suds, another popular musical had her singing 60's melodies across the USA. In Los Angeles, she starred in Cannibals at Hollywood's Zephyr Theater, True Story at the Coronet Theater, Blame It On The Movies at the Coast Playhouse, the World Premier of Dottie! at the Fountain Theater, I Remember You at the Norris Theater, Till Death Or Whatever Do Us Part at the Heliotrope Theater, Independence at Theater 68 and Circle Of Will at the Globe Playhouse.
