'Termite: The Walls Have Eyes' will premiere in L.A. on December 7 at the Hollywood Reel Independent Film Festival. The screening will be at Quentin Tarantino's NEW BEVERLY CINEMA at 11pm. The film is directed by John Walcutt.
The film is written by John Walcutt and Jennie Marie Pacelli, both of whom have received indie festival awards. Based on a true story, a troubled young girl gets a job at a modeling school where she is tortured by the voices in her head and the sounds in the walls. The film features a score by Michael Roth and two original songs by Broadway veteran Brooke Sunny Moriber- 'Closer than My Skin' and Can't Behave.'. The film also features underscoring by composer Michael Roth.
Moriber is best know for originating the following roles on Broadway: Nadine in The Wild Party, Lily in James Joyce's The Dead and Iola Stover in Parade.
