Angel City Chorale Presents Its 'Earth: Live!' Concert 6/5-6

Angel City Chorale (ACC) is delighted to announce its 17th annual Spring concert "Earth: Live! -- Songs For The Blue Planet" on Saturday, June 5 & Sunday, June 6 at 7:30pm at Wilshire United Methodist Church in Hancock Park. Deemed "one of the most engaging and entertaining evenings of music you can hear in Los Angeles " by acclaimed musician T-Bone Burnett, ACC promises to deliver one of its most dynamic Spring concerts ever! This year's concert features a mix of American classics including folk, gospel and contemporary - with choral versions of Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror," Joni Mitchell's "Big Yellow Taxi" and Toto's "Africa." In addition to these more contemporary pieces, ACC will also perform its usual demanding classical pieces to showcase the incredible talent and range of Los Angeles ' premier community choir.

Advance tickets are $25 for Adults, $22 for Seniors (age 60 and over), and $17 for Children (ages 5-12). Tickets at the door are $30 for Adults, $27 for Seniors, and $20 for Children. Seating is limited. Wilshire United Methodist Church is located at 4350 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90010 (Between Highland and Wilton ).

Founded in 1993 by Artistic Director and Conductor Sue Fink, ACC has grown from 18 original members to over 120 singers who present a broad and eclectic repertoire at lively, audience-friendly concerts and charitable outreach events.
