A Noise Within (ANW) announces the names of the civic and community leaders that were elected in the past year to serve on their board of directors. These members, along with the currently serving Board Members and Co-Producing Artistic Directors Julia Rodriguez-Elliott and Geoff Elliott, are the people who will continue to move A Noise Within into the 21st Century, over the next few years.

Co-Producing Artistic Director Julia Rodriguez-Elliott said, "We are honored to welcome such an incredible group of individuals who all bring their diverse experience and passion to ANW. We have no doubt that these new members will make a big impact on the organization."

Elected to the Board were Molly Bachmann, Julie Daniels, Armando L. Gonzalez, FAIA, Diane Grohulski, Bill Kennedy, Terri Murray, and Margaret Sedenquist. ANW wanted to celebrate their election publically and thank them and the whole board for their service and ongoing dedication to making it a thriving part of the overall theatrical landscape of Los Angeles.

Molly Bachmann is Vice President at Morris & Berger, an executive search firm with a specialty practice that reaches across the nonprofit sector, including institutions of higher education, independent schools, foundations, human and social service agencies, and clients in the performing and visual arts. A native of North Carolina, Molly graduated from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She spent a summer abroad at St. Anne's College at Oxford University, studying English history and literature during the age of Queen Elizabeth I and William Shakespeare. Molly moved to California in 1980 and joined Jetour USA, a wholesale tour operator specializing in group and independent travel to the Orient and Southeast Asia. As General Manager of the Asian Dreams outbound tour division, Molly traveled extensively throughout China and Southeast Asia before joining Morris & Berger in 1993. Molly enjoys attending performing arts and sporting events at Flintridge Preparatory School where her husband, Peter Bachmann, has served as Headmaster since 1991. The Bachmanns have been supporting A Noise Within since 2009.

Julie Daniels is currently the Library Media Specialist at Mayfield Senior School in Pasadena. She and her husband Brian relocated their family (Mary Alex 18, Caroline 16, and Kyle 13) to California from Georgia in 2011 to pursue a job opportunity for Brian at Capital Group. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill in 1992 with degrees in Political Science and Dramatic Art, Julie had worked at the US House of Representatives and IBM. In 2012 Julie earned a Master of Arts Degree in Library and Information Science through Florida State University's graduate program in Education. In 2013, Julie's connection to A Noise Within strengthened when her oldest daughter partnered with the theater to earn her Girl Scout Gold Award, raising funds to send all the sixth graders from Eliot Arts Magnet School to a performance of A Christmas Carol. Julie has been a subscriber since 2014.

Armando L. Gonzalez, FAIA, is Founding Partner and Principal Emeritus of Gonzalez Goodale Architects and a member of the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects.
