A Terre Ballet Company and the Grove Theatre are thrilled to reprise No Place Like Home. Through movement, sound, music, and pantomime acting this unique ballet tells the story of Dorothy, and Toto's journey to the land of Oz-an enchanted world inhabited by good and evil witches, a legendary wizard, munchkins, and lands full of other strange creatures. During Dorothy's quest to return home, she encounters and befriends a Scarecrow who imagines the power of possessing a brain, a Tinman earnestly yearning for a heart, and a Lion, boldly admitting his need for courage. Each joins Dorothy in hopes of gaining what they lack, but the company of travelers faces many challenges along the way. They learn who they are and just what they are each capable of, but most importantly, they learn the value of friendship. This ballet is humorous, enduring, and inspiring featuring a cast of seasoned performers ages three through thirty.

This is a fun outing for the whole family.
