North Fork Community Theatre is pleased to announce Thoroughly Modern Millie, as its 2017 Youth on Stage show. Thoroughly Modern Millie is directed by John Bradley, produced by Jen Eager & Liz Liszanckie and is under the musical direction of Karen Hochstedler.
Thoroughly Modern Millie tells the story of a small-town girl, Millie Dillmount, who comes to New York City to marry for money instead of love – a thoroughly modern aim in 1922 when women were just entering the workforce. Millie soon begins to take delight in the flapper lifestyle, but problems arise when she checks into a hotel owned by the leader of a white slavery ring in China. With hit songs like “What do I Need With Love,” “Speed Test” and “Gimme, Gimme” this light-hearted musical is sure to delight audiences of all ages.

Thursdays - Saturdays, 8 p.m.? *Sundays, 2:30 p.m.
