Children ages 1 and under do not require a ticket for entry, though must sit on an adults lap. Strollers are not permitted into the theatres seating area. Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster, and their friends from Sesame Street are coming to your neighborhood to say hello! At Sesame Street Live! Say Hello, sing, dance, and play alongside your favorite furry friends, all while you follow Elmo’s puppy, Tango, in a fun game of hide & seek. So put on your dancing shoes and make your way to where the air is sweet for this all-new celebration on Sesame Street! Meet the Characters of Sesame Street Live, Say Hello! In this exclusive post show experience, you and your family will have the opportunity to make a lasting memory of your visit by taking a photo alongside characters from Sesame Street Live, Say Hello! Here’s how it works: Photo Experience ticket purchasers should go to the Will Call window at the Box Office on the show day to pick up their photo experience passes and after-show instructions. Each adult and child in a group must have a Photo Experience ticket to attend and participate in the Photo Experience. The Photo Experience will start shortly after the end of show. Please make sure to bring your camera, as you will want to capture every moment! Parents, please note that while most children are excited to meet their favorite characters up-close, others can feel frightened. If your child is scared or hesitant to meet the characters, we recommend moving to the back of the line; This will allow your child the extra time they may need to warm up to the characters and see how they interact with other children present. For the safety of all guests and performers, no touching or hugging will be permitted. **Admission to the performance is not included in the Photo Experience ticket. This is a separate upgrade that must be purchased in advance. **Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian. Each Child, Parent or Guardian must have a show ticket as well as a Photo Experience ticket to attend.
