Countess Luann de Lesseps, longtime star of Bravo's "Real Housewives of New York City, will hold an Estate Sale at her Bridgehampton home at 280 Highland Terrace next week on Friday, October 24th and Saturday, October 25th from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm and Sunday, October 26th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The sale is being handled through Estates NY (www.estatesny.com).

Luann recently sold the property to a builder who will be featuring it as a tear-down. The house was designed and furnished by de Lesseps and it was the house where she raised her family. She recently purchased her new home in Sag Harbor, NY.

An assortment of designer fine furnishings, antiques, art, accessories and collectibles are featured in the sale including George Smith slipcovered sofas, the iconic Hamptons classic, antique barrel chairs, early French satinwood dressing table, numerous bedroom suites, lighting, signed art pottery, sconces, chandeliers, fireplace equipment , lots of art including watercolors, oil paintings and prints signed by listed artists and even a full gym. As the home is a tear down, the interiors are also available for purchase including two California Closets, a full kitchen with the white painted cabinets, electric garage doors and repurposed antique beams.

"I am sad to let go of the house that has meant so much to myself and my family, but it is time to move on to a new chapter of my life. My daughter Victoria is a junior in college, my son Noel is off to college next year so it will be empty nest time for me. I have always loved spending time in Bridgehampton, but love to be on the water and very happy in my new house in Sag Harbor", says Luann.
