Patchogue Theatre Presents Carpenters Tribute TOP OF THE WORLD

It's Yesterday Once More when Patchogue Theatre brings the greatest hits of Karen and Richard Carpenter to the stage in this tribute to the popular brother/sister duo of the 70's and early 80's. The audience will sing along to hits like; "Close To You," "We've Only Just Begun," "Rainy Days And Mondays," "Please Mr. Postman," and "Yesterday Once More," to name a few.

Lead singer Debbie Taylor captures the warm tones and contralto range that made Karen Carpenter's voice so unique. Debbie is backed by a seven piece band consisting of professional industry musicians who have had seasoned careers in their own right. At times, the band uses three keyboards to recreate Richard Carpenter's complex arrangements. The attention to detail paired with saxophone, trumpet, flute and many more instruments complete every song to perfection.
