The John W. Engeman Theater is proud to announce the creative team and cast for its upcoming production of MY FAIR LADY.

MY FAIR LADY is the winner of six Tony Awards including Best Musical.  This musical interpretation of George Bernard Shaw's classic Pygmalion revolves around the uneducated Eliza Doolittle, a Cockney flower girl with a dreadful English accent.  Eliza becomes the center of a bet between the worldly linguist, Colonel Pickering, and the self-absorbed phoneticist, Mr. Henry Higgins.  Pickering wagers that Higgins cannot make good on a claim to teach Eliza to speak and act like a proper lady.  With that, an intensive makeover of Eliza's speech, manners and dress begins in preparation for a final test in which she is required to pass as a lady at the Embassy Ball.  It is an unlikely love story featuring such classic songs as Wouldn't It be Loverly, I Could Have Danced All Night, The Rain In Spain, and On The Street Where You Live.
