Dominic Chianese will host a concert at the Patchogue Theatre on November 14th. The concert is a part of the MUSIC IN THE LOBBY series and will benefit the Joy Through the Arts Foundation. The night will feature traditional Italian and contemporary folk songs.

The night will be a rare, up-close and personal performance in the theatre lobby by one of America's most popular actors and a special friend of the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts. Dominic's memorable songs and personal stories about his childhood in the Bronx and long career in show business have entertained and inspired Patchogue Theatre audiences for many years.

All proceeds benefit Dominic's charity Joy Through Art Foundation that brings live music and entertainment to Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Senior Centers and Assisted Living facilities throughout the New York area.

Chianese has been performing on and off Broadway for many decades. He began his Broadway career in the original cast of Oliver! as an understudy Mr. Sowerberry. He went on to perform in the play Scratch. He has also performed in King Richard III and Requiem for a Heavyweight, as well as the revival of The Rose Tattoo. Most recently, Chianese performed in the benefit concert It's a Wonderful Life. Chianese is currently performing Off-Broadway in the play Still Life.

Only 100 seats are available for the event. Tickets are $125 and include: musical performance, meet and greet, an open bar, hors d'oeurves, and chances to win in drawings of theatre tickets, dinners, and gift certificates. Tickets may be purchased online and are also available by phone or in person at the Patchogue Theatre Box office (631-207-1313).
