Bay Street Theatre, in partnership with the Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance Corps, announces CASINO NIGHT tonght, April 13 from 7pm-11 pm. This is the second Casino Night at Bay Street Theatre, but the first in cooperation with the Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance Corps.

"We are so proud to be partnering with the Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance Corps," says Tracy Mitchell, Executive Director of Bay Street Theatre. "When I learned that the Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance donated its ambulance to Broad Channel Fire Department to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy, I was so moved, with that giving spirit, I knew we would be well served to join forces. We are happy to be able to bring this event back for its second year, and with this new collaboration it will be even better than before!"

"Our partnering was great timing for both of us," says Mark Poitras, Critical Care EMT with the Sag Harbor Volunteer Ambulance. He goes on to say "Like the ambulance, Bay Street is largely dependent on the generosity of the people of Sag Harbor and the surrounding communities. Much like Bay Street uses donations to produce spectacular cultural events, the Sag Harbor Ambulance uses our donations to purchase our ambulances. Since we just purchased a new one this past year, our fundraising efforts are more important than ever. This event is a way for us to share an evening of fun with everyone that has shown us support."

Susie Sabin, who attended last year's event, will be leading the host committee for this year's event. "My husband and I had such a fantastic time last year," says Susie, "that we wanted to be part of the team this year to make it even more fun."

The evening's tickets are just $50 per person in advance on line at www.baystreet.org or $60 at the door. Each ticket includes one free drink, free munchies at the bar and $200 in "Bay Street Bucks" to play your favorite games. There will also be raffle tickets and concessions for sale. If you run out of money at the tables, don't worry because 300 additional "Bay Street Bucks" can also be purchased for $20, 800 for $50 and 2,000 for $100 so you can continue having fun while supporting two great causes at the same time! Gamblers can also use your Bay Street Bucks to purchase raffle tickets for great prizes at the end of the evening.

Whether you love the thrill of the roulette ball landing on your chosen number, the roll of the dice or keeping a poker face while playing an exciting game of Texas Hold'Em, professional dealers will be at each of the gaming tables providing guidance for all. Plus, enjoy blackjack, played by those who love the number 21! Casino Night is a great way to enjoy a night out with your friends and neighbors.

"Gambling is fun when you're not losing any of your real money," says Mitchell, "plus you are supporting two great causes at the same time!"
