Lisa Goodrich directs this funny, heart-warming, and family-friendly play, which is based on a true story of the GiIbreth family, written by Frank B. Gilreth, Jr. and Ernestine Gilbreth Carey, dramatized by Christopher Sergel. The family's patriarch, who is well-known for bringing better efficiency to factories, keeps his family of twelve children running just as efficiently. This play is told from the point of view of two of his children reflecting on the last months before the father's death. Mr. Gilbreth is preparing the family for his imminent departure, but most of his children are unaware of the fact.
Jeremy Clay plays the role of Mr. Gilbreth, and Tracy Courage plays Mrs. Gilbreth. The Gilbreth children are played by Destiny Marchese, Meredith Medford, Ashley Cornwall, Nathan Clay, Jack Clay, Berkely Courtney-Moore, Collin Hutson, Zachary Glover and Luke Ferguson. The cast also includes Donna and Paul Johnston, Jim Troillett, Hunter Strom, Jeana Hutson, Josh Brown and Phoebe Earles.
The crew includes Erin Marchese, costumer; Rachel McBride and Susan Dill, producers; Savannah Fischer, language coach; Abby Sudbury, stage manager; Carrie Clay, prop mistress; and Carl McBride, set design and construction.
The thee-act show runs about two hours with two short intermissions.
