The Orleans Brings Top Entertainment To The Orleans Showroom And Bourbon Street Lounge In January  ImageThe Orleans is kicking off the new year with top live entertainment at The Orleans Showroom and Bourbon Street Lounge. January entertainment will feature performances by multi-platinum-selling southern rock band 38 SPECIAL, renowned comedian Lil Duval and more.

For more than three decades, the legendary powerhouse 38 SPECIAL has been bringing their signature southern rock sound to more than 100 cities each year. Best known for their timeless chart-topping hits "Hold On Loosely," "Rockin' Into the Night," "Caught Up in You," "Fantasy Girl," "If I'd Been the One," "Back Where You Belong," "Chain Lightnin'" and "Second Chance," the band continues to impress fans with their high-energy performances.

Throughout their musical career, 38 SPECIAL has sold more than 20 million singles and released 15 albums with many of them reaching Gold and Platinum status.

Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets start at $39.95 plus tax and fees, and can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000; online at www.orleanscasino.com; or in-person at gift shops inside The Orleans, Suncoast, Gold Coast and Sam's Town. Lil Duval

Lil Duval began his career in comedy performing in Atlanta, Georgia's comedy circuit, including the legendary Upton Comedy Corner. His fame skyrocketed after being noticed by Cedric the Entertainer on BET's "ComicView," leading him to go on tour with Cedric and be featured on the televised comedy show "Cedric the Entertainer: Starting Lineup."

Duval went on to develop his own signature routings, including "Stalkers Anthem" and released underground comedy DVDs "Dat Funny Boy" and "Put Your Hands on Me." The comedian has been seen on the big screen in films like "Meet the Blacks," "Stomp the Yard 2: Homecoming" and "Scary Movie 5." He currently appears on two MTV2 series, "Guy Code" and "Hip Hop Squares."
