"Throwback Sizzling Jam" returns to the Orleans Arena for its third-annual concert with Blackstreet, K-Ci & JoJo, Warren G , 112 and more hit makers from the 90's Friday, July 8. Proceeds from the concert will benefit Andern Educational Research.

Grammy Award-winning group Blackstreet rose to fame in the mid-90's after releasing their 1996 hit single "No Diggity" featuring Dr. Dre. The song topped the charts and later took the honor of being included in Rolling Stone and MTV's list of 100 Greatest Pop Songs. In 1998, Blackstreet won the Grammy for Best R&B Performance by a Group. The performance will feature long-time members Teddy Riley and Dave Hollister.

K-Ci & JoJo found success on the Billboard charts in the late 90's with hits like "Crazy" and "All My Life," which spent three weeks at #1 on the charts in 1998. The duo won the American Music Award for Favorite R&B Band in 1999.

Hip hop legend Warren Griffin III, known as Warren G, is a West Coast rapper and producer. His biggest hit was the single "Regulate" with Nate Dogg, released in 1994. One of his best-known albums, "I Want It All," was released in 1999 and featured collaborations with Mack 10, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt and Eve.

R&B quartet 112 is best known for their smooth singles "Only You," "Anywhere" and the Grammy Award-nominated "Peaches and Cream." The group consists of Quinnes "Q" Parker, Daron Jones, Marvin "Slim" Scandrick and Michael Keith.

Best known for their hit singles "Meeting in My Bed Room," "Freak Me" and "Happy Days" from their debut album "Lose Control," Silk has been grooving since 1989. Members include Tim Cameron, Jimmy Gates, Gary "Big G" Glenn, Jonathen "John-John" Rasboro and Gary "Lil G" Jenkins.

As the former member of the R&B group Next, RL is best known for his work on the hit songs "Wifey," "I Still Love You" and the chart-topping single "Too Close," which reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts in 1997.

One hundred percent of the proceeds raised from Throwback Sizzling Jam will benefit Andern Educational Research's "GEMs" program, which provides scholarships for promising students to attend private high schools.

Showtime is 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available from $40 plus tax and convenience fees, and can be purchased by calling the Orleans Arena Box Office at 702.284.7777 or by visiting www.orleansarena.com.
