The Las Vegas Philharmonic will start selling its FLEX PASS to patrons on Monday, July 17, 2017. This will be the third season that the Philharmonic has offered the Flex Pass as an alternative to its traditional subscription packages. FLEX PASS is a membership-based program that offers customization and flexibility for patrons to decide which concert(s) they want to attend at a later date. The FLEX PASS offers 6 seats to any of the Philharmonic's Reynolds Hall performances in the upcoming 2017?2018 season. The seats can be redeemed all at once or broken into any configuration, using up to a maximum of 6 seats.
Patrons can redeem benefits and book their seats through the Philharmonic's Concierge line at 702.462.2008, Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Seats must be redeemed by the Friday before the selected Saturday concert.
Any unused seats at the end of the season will be considered an automatic donation to the Las Vegas Philharmonic and patrons receive a donation letter for tax purposes.
The FLEX PASS benefits include:
• 10% discount off full retail price
• Flexibility to select concert dates within the 2017?2018 season
• Direct Membership Concierge phone line at 702.462.2008
• Best available membership seats at time of redemption
• Any quantity of seats to be used per concert up to the max value purchased
• Membership news via monthly e-newsletter
• Unused value rolls into a donation at the end of the season; if you are too busy to exhaust your membership-you become philanthropic automatically!
The FLEX PASS will be available for sale from July 17, 2017 - Friday, May 18, 2018. The last redeemable performance for the FLEX PASS is Saturday, May 19, 2018. About the Las Vegas Philharmonic
The Las Vegas Philharmonic, led by Music Director, Donato Cabrera, established its presence in Southern Nevada in 1998. The mission of the organization is to perform music that enriches and educates, helping to build a vibrant, culturally rich community.
Music education and outreach are the cornerstones of the Philharmonic's commitment to community. Our Youth Concert Series brings more than 19,000 children annually into the concert hall for a vital music education program, and our Cox Communications Young Artists' Concerto Competition recognizes and encourages emerging talent among Nevada youth in the area of music performance.
Our season of concerts showcases local talents alongside stellar nationally and internationally known guest artists on the magnificent Reynolds Hall stage. At the orchestra's core are 76 contracted professional musicians, many of whom are esteemed educators who also perform in other professional productions in Las Vegas, bringing depth and variety to the organization.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, the Philharmonic's community, education and artistic programs are made possible by the generous donations and support of individuals and corporations. To join us in our mission or learn more, visit lvphil.org or call 702.258.5438.
