Film and stage star Kirk Douglas (Spartacus, Lust for Life) will sign editions of his new book "Let's Face It: 90 Years of Living, Loving And Learning" on Wednesday, July 4 from 2 pm through 4 pm.

"In this reflective memoir, Douglas takes a philosophical look at his life, marriage, family and friends.  With chapter titles like, 'Three Thoughts About Two Races,' 'I Love Dogs' and 'Does God Laugh?' Douglas tackles a wide range of topics in this compelling and honest assessment.  Congresswoman, Shelley Berekly will also be in attendance to present Kirk Douglas with a Congressional Certificate," state press notes.

The Reading Room is located at Mandalay Place (3930 Las Vegas Blvd. South, located on the lower level of Mandalay Place near House of Blues).

The Reading Room is an independent bookstore carrying new titles, a selection of old favorites and classics, books on popular culture, a periodical section with newspapers and magazines from around the world, children's books and a special section devoted to beautifully made limited editions.
