Jersey Boys has been voted "Best Show" in Las Vegas by the staff of the Las Vegas Review-Journal in the newspaper's 28th annual "Best of Las Vegas" poll.
In addition, Jersey Boys is proud to announce that its very own Rick Faugno, who appears in the show as Frankie Valli, has been named the 2009 staff pick for "Best Singer."
In December 2008, the Las Vegas Review-Journal also named Jersey Boys, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, the number one show of 2008 after only six months of performances. Jersey Boys Las Vegas will celebrate its first anniversary at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino on May 3, 2009.
The musical phenomenon Jersey Boys is the story of how a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide - all before they were thirty.
The show features such hits as "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You," "Oh, What a Night" and many more. Presented in Las Vegas in a unique, custom-built theatre, Jersey Boys at The Palazzo is the same production fans all over the world have come to know and love.
Jersey Boys performs Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday at 7 p.m.; Tuesday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. and dark on Wednesday.
