In the spirit of their motto of "Take Time to Be Kind", both Hard Rock Cafe locations in Las Vegas are continuing their year-long "Rock the Cause" philanthropic movement. The cafes will choose a specific cause each month and activate by doing volunteer work, raising funds or collecting items for different charitable organizations throughout Las Vegas and Southern Nevada.
March will focus on Anti-Bullying in hopes of bringing attention and raising awareness to this cause. Both Las Vegas based cafes will be dedicated to this initiative for the month of March.

Partner with Josh Stevens Foundation on their campaign
March 5th is the kick off of Josh Stevens Foundation's Take 5 for kindness. The staff at both Hard Rock Cafe locations will wear "Be Kind" bracelets for the entire month of March and the Marquee on the front of the strip cafe will display "Be Kind" messages to further bring awareness to the cause.
ABOUT THE JOSH STEVENS FOUNDATION Founded in 2008, the Josh Stevens Foundation's mission is to recognize and reward a child's heartfelt KIND act and to inspire kids to be more KIND, more often. Genuine KINDNESS born in the heart of a child deserves celebration. One month before Josh's 13th birthday, he lost his life in a tragic accident in September 2008. Amongst his friends, family and community, he was known as a person who was KIND and often did good deeds for others. He left a legacy of KINDNESS that lives on today through the work of the foundation. To date, nearly 25,000 KINDNESS cards and more than 65,000 "Be Kind" t-shirts with various slogans have been printed and distributed. Billboards in Southern Nevada and Oregon are now up touting the organization's message. Everything the foundation does honors Josh: on the 5th of every month, for Josh's birthday, the foundation does random acts of KINDNESS. Examples include surprising needy families by helping pay for layaway gifts, donating money to feed children in Haiti, supporting grieving families and much more. The logo, itself, is a recreation of actual drawings from Josh; the three mountains represented Josh and his siblings, Shelbie and Sam, who Josh named. The sun, to Josh, signified his parents protecting the kids with the 12 points on the sun symbolizing Josh's age. Partner with Nevada PEP
Both Hard Rock Cafe locations will be offering shoe prints to customers visiting the cafes for $1. All proceeds will go to support Nevada PEP and help to take a step to STOP Bullying. By donating $1 your name will be added to your own "STOP Bullying" shoe and displayed at the cafes.
