The Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will hold its first ever Poker Run to raise money for the United Way of Southern Nevada on Saturday, October 17. In a day of fun and excitement, participants are invited to ride their motorcycles (or cars) on a trek through Southern Nevada, stopping at five locations as they build a poker hand in an attempt to win the $500 Grand Prize. The nearly 125-mile adventure, beginning and ending at the Gold Coast, has checkpoints at Bonnie Springs, Saddle West Pahrump and Mountain Springs Saloon.
Following the run itself, participants will be treated to a complimentary barbeque, live performances from Moanin' Black Snakes and the chance to win one of seven $50 door prizes.
All net proceeds from the Poker Run will go to the United Way.
