This December, Cornerstone, Gold Coast Hotel and Casino's social hotspot and delectable steakhouse, will debut a tasty collection of festive handcrafted winter cocktails, sure to spice up any cold weather occasion. Cornerstone's expert mixologists Trina Raleigh and David Dickson have carefully-crafted each drink using a variety of house-made and signature spirits, along with delicious seasonal ingredients.

"The winter libations offer something for everyone, from hot and cold drinks to those that are refreshing, and others that present more of a kick," said Mixologist Trina Raleigh. "We're regularly developing seasonal themed cocktails that highlight our expansive liquor collection, and enjoy offering unique and fun selections to our guests."

Cornerstone's winter cocktail menu features elevated classic recipes showcasing deep wintery flavors, rich spices and warm seasonal scents, all designed to be enjoyed during the coldest temperatures of the year.

The flavorful winter cocktail lineup includes:

- Gingerbread Eggnog Russian ($13), a unique spin to the classic White Russian cocktail with vanilla vodka, Kahlua and cream, house-made eggnog and whipped cream, served in a martini glass with a cinnamon sugar rim

- Rosemary Pomegranate Mule ($12), featuring Stoli Vodka, pomegranate juice, Pama pomegranate liqueur and Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, served in a classic copper mule mug garnished with a rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds, emitting deliciously fruity aromatics

- Pumpkin Spiced Latte ($12), a warm cocktail mixed with vanilla vodka and Baileys Pumpkin Spice Liqueur, topped with whipped cream and hazelnut sprinkles

- Winter Bourbon Sangria ($12) featuring Malbec wine, Maker's Mark bourbon, apple cider, blackberry liqueur and soda water, infused with winter fruits, including apple, orange and pear slices, topped with a cinnamon stick garnish

- The 40-day Barrel Aged Old Fashioned ($10), Cornerstone's Prohibition-inspired crafted cocktail, is made with in-house Old Forrester Bourbon, infused with the flavors of cinnamon sticks and fresh cut vanilla beans, topped off with a cherry and orange peel garnish

The elegant, classic American steakhouse boasts a wide, impressive collection of spirits in its "liquor library," featuring more than 60 types of whiskey from around the world. Guests can enjoy scotch, bourbon, rye, small-batch whiskey and in-house barrel-aged bourbons straight. Cornerstone also offers a wide array of signature martinis, specialty cocktails and a varied selection of whiskey flights. Featuring a mouthwatering menu that includes succulent beef selections, delectable toppings and shareable
