Mix 94.1 Presents Mark & Mercedes' "Winter Wonderland," with David Cook on December 10th at the Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit The City Mission of Las Vegas.
Las Vegas' favorite Mix station is hosting the ultimate holiday event. Mark & Mercedes keep listeners entertained morning after morning with the hits they play and the things they say. Now they are bringing season 7 American Idol winner David Cook to the Vegas Valley for a night full of live music and more.
David Cook is an American singer/songwriter who has been creating music since the age of 12. In 2008, he won the hearts of viewers across the nation as he won the seventh season of America's most popular television show, American Idol. Shortly after his ground-breaking win, he rewrote chart history with a record-breaking 14 debuts on Billboard's Digital Songs chart, released his self-titled major-label debut album in November 2008, watched it debut at No. 3 on the Billboard album chart, spawned two Top 20 singles (the platinum "Light On" and "Come Back To Me"), and sold more than a million copies, reaching platinum status. Cook's growth as a singer, songwriter, and musician can be heard in every facet of his latest album, This Loud Morning. Cook drew from his emotions, and what he produced is an honest and heartfelt sound. He ready to tour and bring This Loud Morning to life, along with his unrestricted rock belt and passionately intense performance.
