Comedian Joel McHale Makes Treasure Island Debut 5/26

Comedian, satirist and TV star Joel McHale will make his Treasure Island debut May 26 at 9 p.m.

Best known for his 12 seasons skewering pop culture and current events on E!'s "The Soup" or six seasons (movie tbd) as cocky-but-charming leading man Jeff Winger on the hit comedy series "Community," McHale is also a renowned stand up comedian.

Currently starring in CBS' "The Great Indoors," McHale recently appeared as a conservative news anchor on Fox's revival of "The X-Files" and reunited with "Community" costars Danny Pudi and Ken Jeong for an episode of "Dr. Ken." Upcoming projects include the Hulu anthology series "Dimension 404" and films "Stuck" and "Assassination Nation." McHale will also portray former costar Chevy Chase in "A Futile & Stupid Gesture," a film about the early days of National Lampoon.

Previously, McHale played Robin Williams' son in "A Merry Friggin' Christmas" and was seen in the Jerry Bruckheimer-produced supernatural thriller "Deliver Us From Evil." He also appeared in the Warner Bros' romantic comedy "Blended" alongside Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. His additional film credits include Seth MacFarlane's comedy smash "TED," "What's Your Number?" with Anna Faris, "The Big Year," "The Informant!" and "Spy Kids: All The Time in The World."

McHale released his new book, "Thanks for the Money: How to Use My Life Story to Become the Best Joel McHale You Can Me," on October 25. He hosted the annuAl White House Correspondents' Association Dinner in Washington D.C. in 2014 and the 2015 ESPYS on ABC.
