"Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man," the longest running off-Broadway show, is making its mark in Las Vegas. The production starring Kendra Wilkinson ("The Girls Next Door, Kendra on Top) and Jai Rodriguez (("Queer Eye for the Straight Guy," ABC's "Malibu Country), is scheduled for a limited run on the Las Vegas Strip at the Paris Las Vegas through Aug. 20.

The hit New York City production was written by Matt Murphy (who is also producing) and based on the novel of the same name by Dan Anderson and Maggie Berman. The show combines sexy tips, audience interaction, humor and eye candy within a scripted show. The production begins when Robyn (Wilkinson), the bookish and demure professor, is thrust on stage as the new host of a university authors' forum known as RAM-ME. The featured author Dan Anderson (Rodriguez) is enthusiastic, exuberant and determined to bring Robyn out of her professorial shell. Stefan, Robyn's assistant, is muscular, sensual and charming and Robyn is obviously attracted to him.

As Robyn begins to read the first chapter about exploring sensual touch, Anderson (with the assistance of the audience) comically helps out. As the chapters of the book lead up to the most outrageous and hilarious techniques, the adults only show also offers an insight into human nature while breaking the fourth wall.

Wilkinson saw the performance in New York City and is making her stage debut. "This is the challenge of my life. I never thought I would perform in a Las Vegas show but here I am performing on the Las Vegas Strip," she told BroadwayWorld.com. Wilkinson is also thrilled to be working with Rodriguez. "Jai is one of the best people I could ever be performing with on stage."

"What is interesting is that I performed on Broadway first before appearing on 'Queer Eye' and suddenly I was labeled a reality star," Rodriguez explained. "I wanted to return to acting but it took forever. As I realized, we are so much more than what people know us as so this is what makes this show so exciting. It is about a person's journey and exploring in a fun way."

Ironically, when a friend congratulated him on the show before it was announced, Rodriguez found out the friend had been coaching Wilkinson in acting for months.

"I have been working on this for a very long time and this is my baby right now," she added. "I am very excited to be part of this show. Women need to celebrate their sexuality and it is also a beautiful story how she opens up."

Rodriguez agrees the play is about empowerment. "We tackle some interesting principles about fun sexual tips through the filter of comedy. The underlying message is about self-empowerment and to really love your authentic self, which is the most attractive part of any person. Oddly, after laughing until you almost cry, we want you to leave the theater feeling really good about yourself. It is such a great message done in a such a funny way."

"Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man" performs nightly (dark Wednesdays) at 7 p.m. with additional 11 p.m. shows Friday and Saturday nights. General admission tickets begin at $39 and VIP tickets include a meet-and-greet and souvenir photo with the stars. For more information, click here.
